Recently the plan to return to the moon has been pushd back. Why was the plan pushed back? Wouldn't it help create jobs for people?

It's been canceled because we can't afford it. NASA was not given enough money in their budget to support the program, and they can't devote their entire budget to the program - they can employ many more people on smaller programs than they can on one big program.

It hasn't been pushed back. It has been canceled entirely for all time. The Obama administration has completely canceled the Constellation and Orion programs, the VSE and all human spaceflight by the United States for all foreseeable time. The next humans on the moon will likely be Chinese, perhaps by the end of this decade. But Americans will never again walk on the moon, travel to Mars or travel anywhere else in space.

Thanks to the out of control deficit and all the companies having to be bailed out last year, we haven't the budget to go back to the moon.

The money that normally goes to NASA was better spent on ACORN so they can commit more voter fraud in order to elect more people who will spend more money on ACORN to commit more voter fraud in order to elect more people who will cut NASA's budget so that ACORN can commit more voter fraud.
